Adrienne is a former school teacher turned yoga teacher, who believes that yoga is an individual, unique expression. To Adrienne, yoga is a very personal journey, full of curiosity, discovery and perception. She honors the individual in her classes, and encourages students to find their own awareness of the mind, body and spirit during asana practice. In her class you will find a nice balance of vinyasa flow, guided by breath, mixed with times for rejuvenation and reflection. She holds her 200-hour certification and is currently working towards her 500-hour and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher).
