Rebecca McCotter

Rebecca’s classes are nourishing to the body and nurturing to the mind with a harmonious balance of dynamic practice, revitalizing flow and calming mindfulness. Whilst building strength and flexibility Rebecca teaches self-compassion, acceptance and techniques to help us be calmer, kinder and more energetic off the mat. She has specialist experience helping women recovering from diastasis recti, pelvic dysfunction and cesarean birth. 

Rebecca is passionately committed to bringing yoga to women during times of transition, most especially motherhood. Rebecca believes empowered mothering is critical to our ability to adapt to our ever-changing role as Moms.  Her own experience living abroad as a New Mom and expat taught her the essential value of a supportive, safe and nurturing space in which to transition into motherhood. 

Rebecca has been teaching internationally since 2015 having taught in London and New York. In addition to teaching prenatal yoga Rebecca also teaches Postnatal Yoga, Parent & Baby, Parent & Toddler and Yoga for Couples. Before stepping onto her yoga mat professionally, Rebecca spent more than a decade in marketing and advertising working in New York, Sydney and Melbourne. 

Rebecca is a proud mom to an energetic toddler who continues to inspire her to bring her yoga practice off the mat and into everyday mom-life.
