Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing class passes. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with the policy. Questions? Please reach out!

  • We do not offer refunds on unused credits. Please be mindful when purchasing class passes. 

  • Single class credits expire 30 days from date of purchase. Five-class passes expire three months from date of purchase. Ten-class passes expire six months from date of purchase. 

  • Should an unforeseen medical issue arise, we are happy to extend expiration dates accordingly. A doctor’s note will be required. Length of extension will be based on time left on pass and expected recovery time as noted by doctor. 

  • We must be notified of requests for extension before pass expiration date. Extensions will not be considered after expiration date.  

Class Reservation 

  • Class reservation is available seven days prior to class until 15 minutes before class begins. This guarantees your spot and makes check-in much quicker when you arrive.

  • We kindly ask that you DO NOT reserve a space until you are certain you will be attending class. 

  • Absolutely no refunds or credit for no-shows. 

  • If something unforeseen should occur, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Two cancellations are allowed in a six-month period. Your third (and subsequent) cancellation(s) within the six month period will result in being charged for the class. Six month period begins from date of first cancellation.

  • If you are not certain you will be attending class, please make your reservation on your way to class or just drop-in.

Teacher Training

  • There will be no refunds for Teacher Training fees for any reason. Should Trainee be unable to complete training, the option to return and complete in a future cohort will be available. Arrangements must be made with Lead Trainer.
