I love taking prenatal yoga classes with Jeanna and Hillary! They are both so experienced and knowledgable when it comes to yoga, pregnancy, anatomy, birth, and parenting. I always feel so welcome in their classes, and love that they build community, and also help me to connect with my baby on the inside, while taking care of myself. I know that I can come to class, and they can meet me where I am that day, helping me to modify and adjust as needed. You can enjoy their classes if you’re newer to yoga, as well as if you’re an experienced yogini. Class is not just a “gentle yoga” or “just a bunch of stretching.” It is yoga that is designed for the pregnant body and mind. We stretch and strengthen, and I always leave feeling relaxed. Every class comes with some tips and tricks for coping with labor, too.
